Coastal Vibe on point! Customer Service 💯
These stools provided the coastal cottage vibe I was going for, so A+ there! They come assembled which is so convenient. One was uneven and wobbly, but after a quick call to Customer Service they scheduled a UPS pickup and delivered a new stool within a few short days. Amazing customer service!!
The stools are well made and are very stylish. I gave it 4 stars because I am not sure I would recommend these for every day use. The wicker, well it’s wicker. It’s not a soft material and I am afraid it may scratch bare legs and pick clothing. It may soften over time, we’ll see. I am happy that they will be easy to clean.

Unique and add warmth to decor
I ordered these because I needed some warmth to my kitchen and the width worked well with 7 ft island (3 stools). Can’t speak to longevity, but we don’t plan to sit on them much. They will be more decorative for us. That said, I’m not sure these would handle everyday wear and tear well because of the way the rattan lays on top. Comfort-wise they are okay, not great, but that’s expected with backless stools. They are also budget friendly so the quality and comfort level were expected. Overall, I recommend, but not for families that need durability.
