It is a nice shade of red that goes with everything else in the bedroom, & it's so soft & cozy. I ordered a twin (granddaughter's room when she visits) & it goes with the mid/dark gray paint in her room and then got a full/queen for the guest bedroom, which is a lighter shade of gray. Perfect for winter & for Christmas! Love it! Thank you Grandin Road.

The king size is really a true king size that actually covers the sides of the mattress. The design is beautiful and we’ve enjoyed it during this Christmas season.

I used it at the foot of the bed, on top of our down comforter/ duvet. Between this sweet quilt and the matching shams, it added the right pop of red for the holidays. Not to mention that we bought it during the sale so it was a win-win!
