Witch legs wreath #168151. The catalog, which I received in the mail, says 28" diameter. Online description says 16 " diameter. Big difference. Which is correct? Also does the dimensions include the legs or just the wreath?

Perfect Halloween Decoration
So much fun and exactly as pictured. I have never been much of a wreath person - except for Christmas - but this just called out to me! Love the witchy legs and the bright orange pumpkins. So many compliments from everyone who dropped by!
