Super high quality
I bought this for Halloween this year and I am beyond impressed at the quality. I've made it the centerpiece for the table. Albeit a little early in August, it will soon enough be Halloween season so I kept it there :-). Everything about this is excellent material and really well made I love it.

Ordered two, both flawed
After seeing this online, I splurged and bought a cauldron for an upcoming outdoor event. It looked like such high quality online, but I was so disappointed when it arrived and I noticed it had five 1-2” raised areas around the exterior of the ceramic bowl. It almost looks as though the paint was warped and bubbled. The base/stand arrived in decent condition but was not completely level, so the cauldron did not sit perfectly straight when it’s placed on the base. I contacted customer service via email; when I didn’t get a reply after 2 weeks I decided to reach out to them again and order a second cauldron for comparison. The second cauldron arrived in even worse condition, as it had all the flaws of the first cauldron plus it’s rim was asymmetrical (not fully circular) and also bubbled, with scratches on the witches’ brew sign. Customer service offered me 20% off AND a VOIDED warranty to keep the first one as-is, which only added insult to injury given I paid full price for these and have spent hours trying to sort out multiple exchanges and returns. I’m quite certain I also received at least one previously-returned item from the Halloween collection. To make matters worse, at least half of all my orders from GR for the past two months have arrived damaged, defective, or severely flawed. I’m beyond frustrated. For these reasons, I cannot recommend this item.
