Hi. What size podocarpus ball goes inside this planter? There is not a 16" ball. With a 16 opening in the urn I was thinking the smaller podo ball would fall through and not sit up properly and the larger podo ball wouldn't fit the opening. Thank you
Thank you for your interest in the Devon Tapered Planter. The opening in this planter is 11.75" sq. and can be used with either size Faux Podocarpus Ball, item 150725. However, the 14" dia. size Faux Podocarpus Ball will fit more securely in this planter.

Will the planter, if ordered in white, discolor if exposed to the sun?
Thank you for your interest in the Devon Tapered Planter. This planter is made of polyethylene that is designed to withstand outdoor elements and should not discolor in the sun. Please note that, as with most items, the color may fade slightly after years of sun exposer.

Can the planter be left out in the snow in the winter?
Is the idea you place a potted plant inside this planter as opposed to filling it with dirt and plant directly?
