I have to say that it did take a few minutes to assemble and while it was not difficult it did take a some careful instructions and best not to do with kids or pets underfoot with glass fixtures.

Beautiful in a bedroom. My husband put this lamp together in 15 minutes, very easy to assemble.Made my night, and love my purchase.

The three lamps all turn on and off together - you can’t have just one or two on. Wish there was a dimmer though because it is too bright for ambient light. Each glass lamps hangs from a cord, not a rod, so they swing when I move the lamp and I worry They will hit the pile and break.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Mardar from Willow Floor Lamp I bought this and the lamp is lovely. But they do not tell you that all 3 lights have to remain on together. There is NO switch for the individual lights. Sometimes only 1 or 2 of the lights would be perfect. For the price that should be an option!
