Is there a trick for opening bell(s)? I'm having a hard time releasing the clasp.

Ring in Christmas!
This bell garland is so pretty! They do come with red felt numbers on them. I did not want the numbers (I bought two strands) and they were very easy to peel off, leaving no residue. They look like old fashioned bells! I love it!

Bells are cute but...
I wish I could rate 3.5 stars. The bells are cute, albeit it a little heavy all together. However 3 of my bells didn't have hinges on them. Thankfully I'm a crafty person, but I had to order 10mm antique bronze triangle jump rings to remake the hinges. Otherwise the bells stay hung open. Pricey fix because I didn't have the jump rings already so had to buy a lot. QA seems lacking.

Alittle disappointed that the numbers are just stickers for the price, very hard to open bells, and one of them did not have a latch, noticed after I filled all of them.

Cute idea, poor quality
Actually bought this last year. Just pulled it out & remembered to review. Like other reviewers, I was disappointed at the poor quality of the hinges (about 5 were broken) but had already purchased the goodies to go inside for our 6yo daughter. Sadly, I didn't have enough turnaround time to replace.

Faulty Hooks
Advent calendar is beautiful but 8 of the bells arrived in the packages with the hooks broken and not attached to the bells. For the price I expected it he latches to be good quality but it seems like they will fall apart with any touch
