The Millie Chair and ALL my purchases
Love the Chair, it's perfect. Their Customer service not so much. Would love to continue purchasing from Grandin Road, however, they will NOT change my delivery address to the correct location, therefore, my packages ALWAYS go to a different address and requires package retrieval from a very aggravated neighbor. It shouldn't be that hard people. I've called three times now to no avail. I will miss shopping here!

Blue leather Millie chair
It arrived quickly, well packaged and seems of very high quality. The leather is thick, elegant and the seating firm. I love the chairs!

Disappointed
At first they appeared to be great, but then I noticed air pockets/wrinkles in the leather-like fabric on both chairs and cushion seats. I’ve always been so pleased with my Grandin Road purchases. I hope the return process is fair and easy.
