Rated 4 out of 5 by To the max from Peyton bar stools These bar stools are a great fit for a smaller area since they aren't bulky . They are nice and comfortable and the design works for a large amount of styles . My only concern is 2 out of 4 were wobbly and we had to fix that .

Rated 2 out of 5 by Heather D from No hardware included, sent incorrect hardware 2x I ordered two counter height and two bar height stools. One came without any hardware (I tore apart the boxes trying to find it). I call customer service to have the hardware sent to me (simple!) and was told their parts department would contact me in up to 5 days. Frustrating, but ok. They emailed me and let me know that the hardware had been sent! When I received it about two weeks later, it was the wrong hardware as the washers were so small that the bold fell right through the hole in the wood, which didn't do much to hold the chair together. I emailed the parts department, sent pictures, explained why the hardware they sent didn't work and requested that the correct hardware be sent. It was sent very quickly and it was the same hardware that was sent the first time (and doesn't work). NOW my patience is thin. It has been over a month since I first received these chairs and I still can't use them because of this issue. I understand problems/mistakes happen, but it is how it is handled that matters and I am quite disappointed that this is still unresolved.
