When I saw these trees I just about died & knew I had to have one or two or …. I settled on the turquoise because like in the picture, my front door is pink as well. It is absolutely ADORABLE. So heavy & sturdy & I love that they are so easily adjustable for height. I want one in every color!!

I was getting a jump on holiday decor and didn't open the boxes until yesterday, the day after Thanksgiving. 2 had damage/flaws: on 1 an area of bristles near the top are smashed and the color "rubbed" off, showing the white base color of the bristles; on another the plastic "collar" at the base of the tree which is designed to fit snugly into the metal pole has a significant split. It is useable at the moment but will not last as long as it should. One additional comment is that the color which appears bright chartreuse green is more of a pale light sage green. I had 3 mediocre options: Return them, get a refund then order new ones (they are already sold out of 2 of my color choices); start the return process and order additional ones now which means being charged for all of them until the returns are received and refund applied; accept a partial price adjustment on the 2 damaged items and keep them as is. Neither of the returning options were appealing b/c it would mean at LEAST 2 weeks before replacements arrived (and the colors I want are sold out) and these items are very specifically for holiday decor. I accepted the price adjustment to save myself additional hassle, but it still doesn't feel great. Maybe this is my "fault" for not pushing harder for a more satisfactory solution?
