Rated 1 out of 5 by fiona123 from Shoddy workmanship - both original and replacement I was very excited to get this chair so was disappointed when the bolts did not line up for one of the legs. I returned it for an exchange and was shocked to find that the second chair had the same problem on the same leg. I don't know if it is a defect for all of these chairs or if they just returned the same chair to me. In any case, very disappointing - I've always thought the quality of Grandin Road products was excellent prior to this purchase - which is why I assumed the first chair was just an anomaly. However, I gave up after the second chair had the same issue.
